Location: Daventry, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to provide maternity cover at a leading global technology company in the logistics domain. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers flexible office hours and a hybrid working model.

The Supply Chain Planner will support the Global Planning and Logistics function and act as a liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of key site-level activities in line with regional and business unit expectations. The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to resolve escalations and support various planning activities with high site dependency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage material planning interface with the UK Logistics Center Operations.
Oversee material planning processes related to aftermarket kitting and production scheduling.
Coordinate supplier returns in collaboration with Supply Chain Services and site teams.
Manage customer returns across the EMEA region by engaging with customers and sales teams.
Coordinate Advanced Shipping Notification (ASN) creation and modifications to ensure smooth product receipt.
Engage with inbound operations to resolve errors and minimize cycle time in closed-loop processes.
Provide internal escalation support with operational and transportation teams.
Coordinate site activities such as Hazmat handling and receiving prioritization to optimize operational workflows.
Support inventory optimization initiatives across the site.

Qualifications:

B.S. or B.A. in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
At least one internship or equivalent work experience in a supply chain role.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
Ability to manage escalations and resolve operational issues.
Familiarity with logistics operations and material planning processes.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
