Job Summary :

Our client (SaaS Software Company) is looking for a passionate Principal Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to join his growing technical team.

You will be working around a truly innovative Open Source platform and will contribute to the Core of our solution.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure services using modern programming techniques (mainly using Java, JavaScript, Python etc.)
Write clean/efficient code, following best practices and coding standards (BDD etc.)
Ensure the security, efficiency, and performance of our platform
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our process, tools, and infrastructure
Collaborate with the whole team and participate to set our vision and culture

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years (minimum) in the software engineering industry tackling complex challenges (architecture, scalability, algorithms, APIs, cloud/ops)
Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (for example Java, Rust, Scala, Python...)
Strong experience with SQL relational databases (ideally also with NoSQL databases)
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API design
Experience with engineering good practices (BDD, testing, CI/CD pipelines etc.)
Knowledges about cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Interest to integrate AI in your daily work
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

Salary : 60-80k+ depending on your profile/experience

Location : Paris (remote 2-3 days/week)

Contract : CDI
