Aujourd’hui déployée auprès de plus de 14 000 patients, 1500 soignants et 110 établissements de santé, Resilience a pour mission de définir de nouvelles façons de soigner et de personnaliser la prise en charge des patients. Depuis la création de l’entreprise, nous avons placé la donnée au cœur de notre modèle, avec l'ambition de permettre à chaque patient de bénéficier d’un parcours de soins unique et d’une médecine de précision.
Resilience propose une solution de suivi à distance et d’accompagnement des patients en oncologie qui vise à humaniser, fluidifier et personnaliser les parcours de soins. L’application mobile accompagne les personnes touchées par le cancer afin de les aider à mieux vivre et gérer les effets secondaires liés aux traitements. Sa plateforme de télésurveillance, dispositif médical de classe IIa, permet aux professionnels de santé de mieux comprendre et suivre leurs patients à distance afin d’améliorer leur prise en charge. En octobre 2023, Resilience est devenu le premier dispositif médical en oncologie à obtenir un remboursement pérenne par l’Assurance Maladie.
Convaincue de la nécessité d’offrir une prise en charge globale et personnalisée aux patients atteints de maladie chronique, la société a élargi son périmètre à d’autres pathologies, en commençant par l’immunologie. En 2023, Resilience a fait l’acquisition de GutyCare, dédiée au suivi des patients atteints de Maladies Inflammatoires Chroniques de l’Intestin (MICI). La société développe également une solution en psychiatrie.
Resilience poursuit par ailleurs sa volonté d’être un acteur majeur de la recherche clinique en oncologie, convaincue que chaque donnée collectée par la télésurveillance est une ressource considérable pour améliorer et personnaliser la prise en charge des patients et, à plus long terme, pour accélérer l’innovation thérapeutique.

Your job
In Few Words
As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will join our Incubator team and play a pivotal role in launching innovative products for new pathologies. As a member of our cross-functional team of mobile, back-end, and front-end engineers, you will focus on our new psychiatry product.
You'll be responsible for developing the practitioners dashboard, a core component of this new product. In addition, you'll be a key contributor to our frontend guild, driving technical excellence and best practices across all engineering teams.
How does your job contribute to the success of the Resilience project?
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and scaling our user-facing applications that directly impact patients remote monitoring. You'll work on a multidisciplinary team to create features that enhance psychiatrist' decision-making and patient support, such as dashboards for lab results, clinical alerts, and patient insights.
What's your daily routine like?
Co-design and implement front-end features in React.js
Collaborate with cross-functional squads (web, mobile, data, design, QA)
Participate in grooming, scoping, and rituals
Monitor production services and handle support issues
Review code and mentor team members

The cross-functional team is made of 1 backend dev, 1 web dev, 1 multiplatform mobile dev, 1 QA, 1 designer, 1 PM. So it is quite a small team but really ambitious !
Our goal is to make the solution financially sustainable and really become a groundbreaking actor for European psychiatrist.

Frontend Software Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust frontend applications using modern frameworks like React.
Write clean, secure, and maintainable code that aligns with product and technical requirements.
Collaborate closely with backend, mobile, data, QA, and product teams to build and ship new features.
Project Ownership & Technical Leadership
Take ownership of complex frontend features from concept to deployment, working alongside other engineers.
Lead technical scoping, breaking down user stories into clear tasks and milestones.
Participate in the deployment process and help monitor production services to ensure reliability and a seamless user experience.
Contribute to code reviews and team rituals to maintain high engineering standards and foster collective ownership.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement and documentation of our existing practices, tooling, and workflows throughout the different teams of the company.
