Job Specifications
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to help build and evolve a next-generation Media Platform that manages rich media assets at scale. In this role, you’ll work across the stack—designing, developing, and optimizing robust, user-focused web applications that seamlessly integrate with cloud-based media workflows.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of user-facing features using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant frontend solutions aligned with modern engineering practices.
Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.
Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
Conduct and participate in thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and end-to-end testing coverage.
Document architecture, workflows, and technical decisions to support team scalability and transparency.
Required Qualifications
Frontend Expertise
Advanced proficiency in React, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors such as SASS/LESS.
Experience building responsive, mobile-first web applications integrated with RESTful APIs.
Cloud & Infrastructure
Hands-on experience with AWS services, including CloudFront, Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, EventBridge, MediaConvert, Translate, Transcribe, and CloudWatch.
Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) deployments.
Development Practices
Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines).
Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and browser debugging tools.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GraphQL and event-driven architectures.
Exposure to AI-driven cloud solutions or related tools.
Previous experience in startup or fast-paced product development environments.
Proven ability to deliver in dynamic, minimally structured settings.
Demonstrated passion for engineering, with a growth mindset and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
