Graduate Business Analyst

Our client, a well-established and respected market leader in their industry, is seeking to hire a Junior Business Analyst into their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has just completed a degree or MSc in Business Amin, Economics, Information Systems or technology, who is looking to build a career in Business Analytics.
Key responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and research
Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the design, development, and implementation of new systems and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to share insights and recommendations
Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business need
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with data analysis tools or Business Intelligence platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of project management and Agile methodologies
