Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong experience in Oil & Gas operations and SAP S4 to support business processes, pricing analysis, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical system solutions and ensure accuracy in daily pricing and settlement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements to guide design, configuration, and system modifications.
Perform assigned project tasks and workstreams with minimal supervision.
Conduct daily pricing maintenance, identify and analyze missing pricing data, and support resolution activities.
Assist in transfer price error resolution and setup.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to review, analyze, and validate system functionality.
Provide support for troubleshooting pricing and settlement-related issues.
Ensure documentation, testing, and process improvements are completed accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
1–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S4.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve system and data issues.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in pricing and settlements within Oil & Gas.
General SAP knowledge, including pricing configuration and troubleshooting.
Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
