SRA Staffing is hiring a full-time Project Manager on behalf of a confidential and highly trusted financial services client located in midtown Toronto. This organization is known for its continued customer success, long-standing market presence, and focus on innovation across insurance, finance, and investment platforms.

This is a permanent opportunity for a dynamic Project Manager who excels in leading both business and technology initiatives within a hybrid delivery environment.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives across applications, infrastructure, and system implementations, working closely with business and IT stakeholders, steering committees, and external development vendors. Projects typically range from $300K to $4M in budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects in parallel
Manage cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, and scope
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
Monitor project financials and provide clear, ongoing status updates
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Support transition to Agile delivery while incorporating Waterfall where applicable

What You Bring

5+ years of project management experience in IT and business project delivery
2+ years of Agile delivery experience (mixed Agile/Waterfall environment is ideal)
Experience managing application development projects with external vendors
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, Office 365, ADO/JIRA
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and facilitation capabilities
