Title: Technical Program Manager

Locations: Jersey City, NJ or Chicago, IL

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic programs, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical and program management skills, along with excellent communication across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management for multiple technical initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and align programs with business goals.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
Report progress and metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong experience in technical program/project management.
Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
Proven success managing large-scale cross-functional programs.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools.

Preferred

PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications.
Experience with Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Background in product development or engineering.
