Tech Lead - Python & AI Developer (H/F)

Context

As part of a distributed project team across Paris, London, and India within an investment banking, you will collaborate with global teams to build cutting-edge AI-driven applications and development tools.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered Python applications in collaboration with international teams.
Drive technical discussions and make architectural recommendations for AI integration.
Leverage and experiment with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar frameworks.
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across all components.
Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices within the AI development stream.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of professional experience in software development.
Proven expertise in Python (backend development, APIs, data processing, automation).
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent tools).
Solid understanding of modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, Agile).
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
Fluent English is mandatory.
