Job Title: Product Marketing Manager
Location: Remote but easy access to London or Birmingham

An ambitious, analytical PMM who bridges the gap between our product development team and our customers / our partners and our marketplace.
You will translate technical development and success into easy to consume narrative and brand stories for our customers / our partners and our marketplace.
Be our champion for our product development roadmap and journey both internally and externally. Uses our product development and news to drive expansion in our current customer base and to mitigate against churn.
You’ll understand where our technology fits in the daily world of an MSP or IT admin.
Using product successes and development to drive commercial outcomes in both new, expansion and churn elements of the business.
Positions CyberSentriq clearly and correctly to our customers and the market in general. Works with the marketing team to ensure this positioning is reflected in our GTM efforts and messaging.
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to a high-growth cybersecurity platform. You will be instrumental in supporting our Managed Service Provider (MSP)-first strategy and advancing our ambitious goal of reaching $100M ARR by 2028.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Bridge Between Product and Revenue
Act as the vital link between our product and development teams and the broader commercial organisation—ensuring technical innovation is translated into market-ready value propositions that drive revenue growth.
Positioning, Messaging & Storytelling
Craft clear, differentiated, and compelling messaging that resonates with MSPs and IT buyers. Turn complex product capabilities into impactful stories that connect with real-world customer challenges.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Continuously analyse the competitive landscape to sharpen our positioning and identify opportunities to differentiate. Use insights to inform product strategy and GTM execution.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership
Serve as a key architect of our GTM strategy—aligning cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, market penetration, and customer adoption.
Sales & Customer Enablement
Equip sales and customer success teams with the tools, training, and content they need to confidently communicate our value and close deals faster.
Marketing & Content Collaboration
Partner with the marketing team to develop high-impact content across the buyer journey -from awareness to advocacy, ensuring consistency in tone, message, and value.
GTM Execution Across the Buyer Journey
Drive integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that support every stage of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion and retention.
Global Brand Representation
Represent CyberSentriq at major cybersecurity events and industry forums worldwide, amplifying our brand, building relationships, and gathering market intelligence.
Visionary Product Evangelism
Present our product vision and roadmap with clarity and enthusiasm, internally through enablement sessions and externally via webinars, thought leadership, and partner engagements.
Your Story -Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Needs B2B SaaS or cybersecurity experience at some stage in their career.
4-5 years experience minimum
