QA Manager

Location: Fully Remote, UK

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

A leading technology company is seeking an experienced QA Manager to join its growing team. This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates based in the Southwest of England.

You’ll take ownership of quality assurance across multiple digital products, ensuring smooth feature delivery and exceptional reliability.

What you’ll do

Lead and manage QA activities across distributed systems and new feature releases
Write and maintain test plans, scripts, and automation frameworks
Conduct UI testing (manual and automated using Selenium)
Develop and maintain performance test tools such as JMeter
Work with REST APIs and SQL to validate data integrity and performance
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to embed quality at every stage of development
Monitor release quality and prevent disruption to feature rollouts

About you

5+ years’ experience in quality assurance or software testing
Strong understanding of architecture and distributed systems
Skilled in automated and manual testing practices
Comfortable using test tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and SQL
Confident leading quality strategy within a cross-functional team
