Salesforce Developer

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)

Rate: £550/day (Inside IR35)

Cloud Consulting is supporting a leading UK government department on a large-scale Salesforce transformation project and is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the delivery team.

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Working closely with Product, Change, and IT teams, you’ll help translate business needs into robust, long-term technical outcomes.

What you’ll do

Design, build, and maintain enterprise-level Salesforce applications
Create technical design documentation aligned with architecture and security standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives
Manage integrations with third-party systems and ensure quality assurance
Apply DevOps practices to improve delivery processes and system performance
Analyse existing systems to identify opportunities for optimisation

What we’re looking for

Proven background developing and architecting Salesforce solutions at scale
Strong understanding of Salesforce products, integrations, and DevOps principles
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Familiarity with Agile delivery and modern cloud architectures
Salesforce certifications are beneficial
Current or eligible SC Clearance required

This is a fully remote contract opportunity working on a high-impact public-sector programme.
