I am searching for the most talented IAM Engineers to join a dynamic and exciting Managed Services Provide, dedicated to their New York market. This will be on a W2 contract, running on a yearly basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your knowledge of Identity & Access Management to a rapidly growing company, work with a multitude of end clients and get hands-on with different technologies.
The compensation offered for this position is between $60-$70 per hour.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
Manage IAM tools and integrations across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
Develop and enforce IAM policies, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Lead user provisioning/de-provisioning, access reviews, and certification processes.
Perform IAM security assessments, troubleshoot complex issues, and support internal teams.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to define and deliver IAM requirements.
Stay current with IAM trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
4–8 years of hands-on IAM experience, including solution design and implementation.
Expertise in IAM technologies (LDAP, AD, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, PKI).
Experience with platforms such as Okta, Ping, SailPoint, or Azure AD.
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) and cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Preferred
Certifications: CISSP, CIAM, or similar.
Experience leading IAM projects or working with PAM and Zero Trust models.
