About The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Software Developer with deep experience in Oracle E-Business Suite and Siebel Development to join us. You’ll play a key role in developing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise applications for the Ontario Public Sector, ensuring reliability, scalability, and strong system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, tested applications.
Develop, maintain, and optimize data-driven programs, integrations, and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and production phases.
Support system migration, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
Collaborate across IT teams to deliver enhancements and maintain SLAs.
Create detailed documentation and conduct code reviews for quality assurance.
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of software design, development, and integration experience.
Proven experience with Siebel configuration, integration (Adobe AEM, J2EE), and EIM/EAI.
Advanced programming skills in PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripting, and Oracle Data Integrator.
Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (GL, AR, AP, Collections, INV, FND).
Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL methodologies, and OBIEE.
Experience with Application Development Framework (ADF) and structured methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or DevOps pipelines.
Familiarity with Public Sector or Grants Management modules.
Experience developing or integrating middleware and gateway solutions.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a track record of delivering under tight timelines.
