Job Description: Define and drive the AI strategy for cutting-edge security and infrastructure products. This 0-to-1 role involves leading research, development, and deployment of critical AI capabilities. You will set the technical and product direction, translate research into scalable solutions, and build a world-class team, safeguarding critical systems globally. This is a hands-on, foundational opportunity.

What you will do:

Define and communicate the AI vision for the company's security and infrastructure products.
Lead research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML methods, focusing on LLMs.
Recruit, develop, and inspire a growing team of AI researchers and engineers.

The ideal candidate:

Best-in-class experience in AI/ML leadership, with a proven track record of shipping AI-powered products.
Deep expertise in modern AI techniques (transformers, LLMs, embeddings, anomaly detection).
Strong engineering background, able to evaluate architectures, scalability, and data pipelines.
