Technical Project Manager - Salesforce & Real Estate Technology

Location: Hybrid - Chicago OR Indy

Pay Rate: 60/hr - 65/hr

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and real estate?

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Real Estate Technology team. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming our global office spaces by leading complex, cross-functional projects that deliver exceptional workplace experiences.

What you’ll do:

Drive the successful execution of large-scale real estate technology initiatives from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project scope, goals, and timelines.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Utilize project management methodologies (Agile) to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll need:

5+ years of experience in managing complex technology projects.
Solid understanding Salesforce.com ecosystem
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile preferred).
Experience communicating via Slack
