Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and driving meaningful change?

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Business Process Analyst to lead initiatives that streamline operations, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction across the organization.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to analyze current workflows, design optimized processes, and implement solutions using Lean Six Sigma and other proven methodologies. You’ll be a key player in shaping how we work—making things faster, smarter, and more effective.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Evaluating existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Designing future-state workflows that increase productivity and reduce costs
Leading or supporting process improvement projects from start to finish
Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with strategic goals
Tracking performance metrics and conducting post-implementation reviews
Creating SOPs, training materials, and facilitating workshops to support change adoption
Applying Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other frameworks to drive continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Data Science, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in process improvement, with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Proficiency in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Tableau, Power BI, and ERP systems
A passion for operational excellence and a collaborative mindset
