About The Team:

The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, data analytics, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

The successful candidate must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, be flexible and able to take initiative when working independently or as part of the wider team.
Support the monitoring of commercial performance via dashboards and reporting frameworks
Support the driving forward of high-priority initiatives, ensuring measurable impact
Lead external and internal research to identify agency market trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
Translate research and complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Conduct market sizing, business model assessments, and competitive benchmarking specific to the agency ecosystem

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Internship availability for at least 3 months (6 months preferred)
Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in various data analysis tools
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Proactive, hands-on mentality and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
