About the Role:

An exciting opportunity to shape the future of contact centre technology and drive global innovation. The Lead Software Engineer will play a key role in transforming engineering practices, delivering advanced cloud and GenAI solutions, and enhancing client experiences across Canada, Asia, and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and roll out cloud capabilities including Amazon Connect and other solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software delivery, cloud, GenAI, and DevOps initiatives.
Create and maintain technical design documents, solution designs, and integrations.
Enhance DevOps practices to boost automation, efficiency, and reliability.
Contribute to global best practices in software engineering.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience building large-scale, distributed software systems.
Expertise in AWS, Python, Lambda, APIs, and Java.
Experience with Amazon Connect or similar contact centre solutions.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, CDD).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience collaborating across multiple locations.

Highly Desired:

Eligibility for Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance.
Developers with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Experience Required: 10 years and above
