At Avanade, we are giving you the opportunity to set up your own thesis research within our Data & AI practice.At Avanade, we’re looking for an enthusiastic graduate student who wants to conduct research using the latest and greatest technologies. You’ll have the chance to design your own thesis project that fits your knowledge, passion, and ambitions. You’ll write your thesis on a topic within the Data Science domain, and translate the insights gained from your research into practical and applicable recommendations and solutions.Avanade is an international IT consultancy where people and Microsoft technology join forces. We also offer several soft-skill training sessions tailored for interns, as well as the opportunity to earn a Microsoft certification.“Together we do what matters.”Key responsibilitiesData scientists focus on complex data analysis by developing and applying machine learning models to gain insights or make predictions.The project involves developing AI Agent on Microsoft Teams that assists employees by answering common firm-related questions, such as leave policies, benefits information, onboarding procedures, and general HR inquiries. The chatbot will utilize the firm’s knowledge base, which may include FAQs, policy documents, and employee handbooks, to provide accurate and timely responses. The intern will work on the end-to-end process of designing, training, and deploying the bot using natural language processing (NLP).As part of your graduation internship at Avanade, you will develop a Knowledge Assist Chatbot for Microsoft Teams. This chatbot will assist employees by answering common firm-related questions, such as leave policies, benefits information, onboarding procedures, and general HR inquiries. You will work on the end-to-end process of designing, training, and deploying the bot using natural language processing (NLP)
