Position Details

Title: Program Manager 4 / PM4
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – occasional onsite required otherwise remote)
Interview Type: In-person preferred
Duration: 12+ Months (possible extension)

Role Overview

The Program Manager (PM) will lead and oversee the implementation of Salesforce Program, driving strategic initiatives including the setup of the Salesforce Org, governance, and operations. The PM will ensure timely completion of deliverables, manage risk, and align all efforts with business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall Salesforce vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals.
Program Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance.
Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders; communicate project status and milestones.
Process Improvement: Streamline workflows through Salesforce automation and promote CRM best practices.
Technical Coordination (Non-Coding Role): Partner with Salesforce developers and architects to ensure scalability and performance.
Change Management: Drive adoption through user training and engagement programs.
Reporting: Track KPIs, deliver dashboards, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Experience & Skills Required

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study

Experience:

7+ years of IT Project Management
5+ years of Business Process Analysis
3+ years of Workflow Automation
3+ years of Salesforce experience
Technical Skills: MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Other Skills: Vendor management, strong communication, documentation, and risk mitigation

Preferred Qualifications

Large-scale Salesforce implementation experience
PMP certification
Experience leading digital workflow automation projects
