Growth Analyst – Climate Tech Startup

London (Hybrid, 2–3 days) | Competitive + Equity

I’m working with a fast-growing climate tech startup, backed by top-tier VCs and founded by ex-traders and quants - to hire a sharp, high-potential Growth Analyst. Their platform coordinates tens of thousands of distributed energy assets to make the grid cleaner, smarter, and more flexible.

The Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of data, product, and commercial strategy - turning analysis into actionable insights that accelerate user adoption and drive the company’s next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

Analyse user behaviour, funnel metrics, and product performance to identify growth levers
Build dashboards, experiments, and insights that shape acquisition, activation, and retention
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to prioritise high-impact initiatives
Support strategic decisions with clear, data-backed recommendations

What They’re Looking For

Strong analytical background - ideally from a top university or rigorous STEM/quant program
Experience in data analysis, growth, strategy, or a related area (internships welcome)
Comfortable working with data tools (SQL, Python, BI platforms)
Curiosity, structured thinking, and a bias for experimentation and problem-solving
