Hybrid: 50% on-site, 50% remote)

Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

Must reside in Belgium and hold the right to work in Belgium

Freelance Contract: 01/12/2025 - 30/06/2026

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint & Office 365 Expert to support our clients' ongoing data migrations and provide advanced assistance to end-users within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Execute data migrations from local NAS folders to SharePoint Online using the SharePoint Migration Tools (activities often conducted after business hours or during weekends)
Support end-users with advanced SharePoint Online issues (permissions, broken Office links, access management, etc.)
Ensure stability, optimisation, and reliability of the O365 and SharePoint environments

Skills & Requirments

Dutch, French & English: Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Relevant technical certifications are an asset
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
Strong experience with SharePoint
Solid knowledge of Office 365
Experience with SharePoint Web Services (Graph API)
Experience with VBA and Office Scripts
PowerApps, Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate are a plus
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience delivering end-user training
Clear and effective communication
Willingness to work outside regular business hours
