Job Specifications

The M365 BAU Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of the environment as well as focusing on ensuring the messaging environment runs smoothly, as well as being the go-to technical expert for solving complex issues.

This includes Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and Online), Microsoft 365 (M365), Intune, and related technologies such as Teams, Sharepoint Online, and Azure Active Directory.

There is a large project pipeline, so the might also be the opportunity to be involved in key deliverables. The environment is fast paced and allows huge exposure to the latest technologies.

Required Skills;

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Compliance Centre.
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019 administration and troubleshooting.
Experience of working with Exchange Online and Hybrid Deployments, including coexistence, migrations and hybrid mailflow.
Hands-on experience with Microsot Intune / Endpoint Manager for device and application management (MDM/MAM)
Any PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and administration benefical

Please note this a a contract position, where the individual would be expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
