Core Responsibilities

Implementation and maintenance of software programs.
Installation, configuration, and upkeep of purchased applications.
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
ERP system support and resolution of specific issues (e.g., SD6, access control, user account management).
Creation of documentation for complex processes.
Training users and technical staff.
Maintenance and management of IT infrastructure and networks.
Management of IT suppliers.
Maintenance and administration of data centers (CPD)

Languages

French - Fluent
English - Fluent
Spanish - Plus

Highly qualified IT professional with a university degree (medium or higher level) and over 2 years of experience in similar roles. Skilled in managing IT systems, networks, and supplier relationships, with strong expertise in implementation, maintenance, and user support.

Key Skills
