Insight Analyst – Financial Services | Nottingham - 1 day a month in office | Up to £45,000

Building something big

Reporting into the Marketing & Pricing Analytics Manager, this is a dynamic position with plenty of autonomy and space to own projects, shape new areas, and make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

Analyse and optimise performance across broker and lead generation channels, providing insight to improve targeting, pricing, and conversions.
Build and automate dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) to track key marketing and customer metrics.
Clean, validate, and structure data to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
Use data-driven insights to support new product development and business growth, with the opportunity to progress towards a Data Science career path over time.

What you’ll bring

Strong SQL and Python skills
Experience with data visualisation
Background in Financial Services is strongly preferred
Energy, curiosity, and the confidence to take ownership
