Position Overview

We’re hiring a Retail Salesperson to engage with customers face-to-face, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start or grow their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Represent national brands through in-person customer engagement in designated settings
Present product information, promotions, and offers clearly and effectively
Build relationships and convert interest into enrollments/sales
Work toward achieving individual and team performance targets
Participate in ongoing training and team development sessions

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, student mentality, and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required
Must be based in Markham, ON and available for in-person work
