Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role includes achieving sales targets, conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs. The Sales Manager will be a key player in promoting growth and driving success for the company within a dynamic and fast-evolving industry.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
Knowledge of EV charging technology, energy solutions, and related markets is an asset
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills for market research and strategic planning
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
