About the Role

We are actively seeking a high-performing ERP Sales Manager to drive new business across the UK market for our Netsuite ERP. This is a role designed for someone who consistently closes large enterprise deals, operates with speed, and thrives in a fast-moving, lean team environment.

If you are not proven, hungry, and capable of owning the complete sales cycle, this will not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

Drive net-new ERP business across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
Consistently deliver against quota and pipeline targets.
Build strong C-suite and VP-level relationships.
Collaborate with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to shape winning proposals.
Occasionally run your own demos when required (lean team environment).
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.
