DIGITAL CONTENT COORDINATOR

$34-35/hr COMPENSATION RATE (depending on experience)

Our client is a large airline company based in the Greater Seattle Area.
DIGITAL CONTENT COORDINATOR
Role Summary: The digital coordinator supports the optimization and web content production team, reporting to e-commerce. As an individual contributor, this role manages incoming content requests, allocates resources, tracks approvals, and is accountable for content across multiple platforms launching accurately and on time.
Key Duties:
Production management
o Oversees and coordinates digital content production projects collected from 20+ departments.
o Utilizes project management software to coordinate projects and ensure timely production. Provides support to the digital web team and app team. Works across departments to ensure collaboration in process development and support ongoing updates when necessary.
o Translates requests into business requirements. Provides timely responses to requesters to assess projects, provide status updates, define objectives, scope, identify resources, timelines, and other needs.
o Identifies opportunities to expedite project delivery.
o Responsible for real-time communication through every phase of the project from inquiry/request to final deliverable. This includes gathering assets, facilitating feedback, consolidating edits for the team while disseminating information back to stakeholders.
o Contributes to prioritization.
Communication
o Maintains and shares ongoing knowledge of project statuses daily for transparency and production reporting.
o Schedules thoughtful meetings and reviews, takes clear and concise notes, communicates follow-ups.
o Monitors production flow of assigned work and identifies opportunities for process improvements. Identifies any possible timeline issues along with recommended actions for correction.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills:
1–2 years of experience as a coordinator, project manager, or related.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening)
Strong organization skills
Preferred:
Interest in airline and travel industries
Copywriting and editing skills
Previous website experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Duration: ASAP to start, to run for 1 year, with chance to extend.
Location: SeaTac, WA. Open to both hybrid or fully remote candidates
Daily Schedule: 40 hours per week. 9-5pm
Hardware: Client will provide.
Role Requirements: Client requires a background test & a drug screen before start.
