Senior Python Developer | London (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)

Up to £90K | Full-Stack | Financial Services

We’re partnered with a global EdTech supporting professionals in the financial sector, and they’re looking for a Senior Python Developer to join their growing engineering team in London.

The Role

You’ll work across the full stack to enhance and maintain their in-house learning platform and supporting tools. Expect a mix of backend Python development and hands-on frontend work, plus close collaboration with product and engineering colleagues.

What You’ll Be Working On

Designing & building new platform features
Improving backend systems, databases & integrations
Supporting a global user base
Helping drive technical best practices & modern tooling

Ideal Profile

Strong Python experience
Django + PostgreSQL background
Solid Frontend capabilities (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with APIs, testing, Git workflows & containerisation

Location & Process

London office – 3 days per week (non-negotiable)
2-stage interview: short technical intro → onsite technical interview
