Job Description

The Marketing & Promotions Assistant will support the development and execution of a wide range of marketing initiatives and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational abilities, and thrives in a collaborative setting. You will assist in brand promotion, campaign coordination, event preparation, and overall marketing operations to enhance Beloform’s visibility and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and event collateral.
Conduct basic market research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience preferences.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all projects.
Help organize promotional events, product showcases, and experiential activations.
Maintain and update campaign documentation, inventory, and project tracking tools.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing and promotions team.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
