Baaz Sameday Ltd is expanding rapidly across the UK.

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, providing nationwide same-day courier services, urgent deliveries, contract work, and regular day/night load runs.

We operate our own fleet, including:

• Small Vans

• SWB / MWB / LWB / XLWB

• Luton Curtain-Side

• 7.5T / 18T / 26T trucks

With full tracking, fast response times, and a strong reputation in same-day and contract logistics, we’re now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Bring new business from your existing courier/transport contacts

• Develop same-day, contract logistics, and regular load run work

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients

• Promote our full fleet and 24/7 nationwide service

• Work closely with operations for smooth delivery

• Achieve monthly revenue and growth targets

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in courier, same-day, transport, or logistics sales

• Strong industry network (current or past clients)

• Ability to generate new business quickly

• Understanding of CX, same-day operations, contract work

• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

• Driven, self-motivated, and results-focused
