Job Specifications

We’re looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our clients growing AI team and build production-grade ML systems that drive real impact.

What you’ll do:

Design, train, and deploy scalable ML models (LLMs, computer vision, recommendation systems, etc.)
Build robust MLOps pipelines (data ingestion, training, evaluation, monitoring, CI/CD)
Optimize models for latency, cost, and performance in production
Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and product teams
Stay on top of the latest ML research and apply it pragmatically

You bring:

3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production
Strong Python skills + expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX
Solid understanding of ML fundamentals (deep learning, transformers, RLHF is a plus)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes
Bonus: LLM fine-tuning (LORA, QLoRA), vector DBs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, or large-scale training
