Dolce&Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its new in-house Beauty Division has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Regional Brand Manager based in Paris.

Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for an experienced marketing manager to lead with her/his Brand Management team all the 360-marketing activation plans for France, UK, Portugal, and Africa. As a key partner, you will act closely with the HQ EMEA team based in Milan in order to ensure the regional development and deployment of the strategy. This role supports the General Manager to steer the business on evaluating brand strategies and activate all drivers in Direct to Retail and Distributors Business models for the 3 axis of the brand.

Key Responsabilities

Elaborate the overall Marketing Strategy for the region in line with Global guidelines to reach Business Targets.
Be the partner of the commercial team to develop the brand in the region.
Ensure omnichannel coherence in the DTR business and distributors trade plans.
Lead the 360 marketing plans implementation with DTR business and by supporting distributors brand managers in their local retailer’s management.
Be a brand guardian, on all channels and all mediums.
Properly calibrate and forecast the 3 axis launches for the region.
Ensure on time and on budget launch campaigns with operational excellence.
Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns with optimization recommendations when needed.
Lead the permanent and non permanent Merchandising projects in collaboration with the EMEA Teams.
Manage the Brand Management team.

Key Requirements / Skills

With a higher marketing education such as a business school or university equivalent, you have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing management.
Experience in beauty industry with relevant marketing experience (management of both commercial subsidiaries and distributors will be considered a plus).
French and English are mandatory, other languages a plus.
Leading, proactive, and business-driven approach is a must.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are necessary.
Analytical skills needed to drive business decisions.
