As Marketing & Events Manager, France, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, high-impact local marketing initiatives that support the firm’s client, sector, and brand strategies. You will work closely with global and regional teams to adapt global priorities into locally relevant campaigns, manage sponsorships, and plan exceptional client events. This role combines creative thinking with operational excellence to position the firm prominently in the French market and ensure client engagement activities meet strategic goals.

You will act as the main marketing liaison for France, bringing local market knowledge and stakeholder insight to inform strategy execution. Your contribution will span multiple channels, including digital and in-person formats, and focus on building brand consistency, reputation, and visibility. By embedding a metrics-driven approach, you will evaluate performance and identify opportunities to continuously improve effectiveness and innovation in marketing delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-impact, locally relevant marketing campaigns.

Adapt global/regional strategies into France-specific content and themes.
Ensure campaigns align with client and sector BD objectives.
Manage end-to-end planning and delivery of campaigns with internal teams.
Track engagement and feedback to inform future improvements.

Manage local sponsorships and strategic partnerships.

Evaluate new opportunities and renewals through a strategic lens.
Build long-term relationships with key external partners.
Ensure branding and messaging align with firm positioning.
Measure ROI and monitor alignment with visibility goals.

Plan and execute exceptional in-person and virtual events.

Coordinate logistics, guest targeting, content, and follow-up.
Ensure events reinforce market leadership and client relevance.
Deliver against KPIs on attendance, engagement, and feedback.
Collaborate with CRM and BD colleagues for pre/post-event strategy.

Leverage digital and social channels to drive engagement.

Adapt global content for French social media channels.
Work with communications teams on messaging and delivery.
Track and improve digital reach and online brand awareness.
Embed digital best practices in local marketing routines.

Use insights and metrics to shape marketing strategy.

Analyse campaign and channel performance against objectives.
Report on local marketing KPIs with strategic recommendations.
Gather client and stakeholder feedback to refine future plans.
Use data to justify investment in marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with global teams to adapt and align activity.

Ensure consistency with global brand standards and templates.
Engage regularly with global and regional peers to share updates.
Contribute to best practice libraries and global playbooks
Access and localise global tools and frameworks for use in France.

Your Experience

Proven marketing experience in a professional or corporate environment.
Track record of delivering campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
Experience managing sponsorships and assessing strategic fit.
Strong background in planning and executing business events.
Hands-on experience managing social media and digital content.
Analytical mindset with comfort using data for marketing insights.
Proficiency with marketing tools and reporting software.
Collaborative style with experience working cross-functionally.
Excellent communication skills in French and English.

Language Requirements

Excellent written and oral skills in French and English.

Education / Qualification

Master’s degree (or equivalent). Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
