Our Client is seeking a skilled Software Engineer – Oracle Cloud Applications to support transformative Finance and Accounting initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes through Oracle Cloud technologies, contributing to improved efficiency and system performance.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced application and system issues
Conduct detailed systems analysis to recommend process and policy improvements
Prepare and implement complex technical solutions, including system specifications and standards
Follow the full software development lifecycle and participate in design reviews
Mentor junior and peer engineers and review code contributions
Ensure compliance with risk, governance, and operational policies

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certification
4+ years of software development experience with strong technical depth
2+ years delivering solutions across the full application development lifecycle
Foundational knowledge of languages such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, Python, C++, Go, Kotlin, HTML, CSS, etc.
Understanding of cloud technologies and modern development tools
Experience supporting production issue resolution
Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of Finance and Insurance industry processes
Experience supporting CFO-related operations and financial systems
Proven expertise configuring and developing Oracle Cloud ERP (GL, AR, RM, etc.) and Oracle EPM (FCCS, EPCM, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools including FDI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
Experience successfully implementing multiple modules across ERP or EPM platforms
