About Circadia Health

Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company on a mission to prevent avoidable hospitalizations and transform senior-care operations.

Our Circadia Intelligence Platform unites:

Contactless sensing that continuously tracks respiration, heart-rate and motion with medical-grade accuracy
Predictive analytics & agentic AI workflows that detect 85% of preventable rehospitalizations upto a week in advance
Enterprise integrations that embed insights directly into EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance systems

Today, Circadia technology supports 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks. We’re backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in El Segundo, CA.

About the Role

As a Product Designer at Circadia, you’ll help shape the user experience of the Circadia Intelligence Platform — turning complex clinical, operational, and AI workflows into intuitive, elegant, and emotionally resonant interfaces. You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineers and clinicians to design the next generation of healthcare AI tools — from predictive dashboards to LLM-powered care agents.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end design: Take products from early concept sketches to production-ready prototypes across web and internal tool environments (Retool, React).
Design for clarity and trust: Translate complex patient data, risk predictions, and agent workflows into simple, human-centered visuals.
Collaborate deeply: Partner with engineering and AI teams to refine how LLM agents surface insights, explain reasoning, and guide clinician actions.
Shape design culture: Evolve Circadia’s design system, brand language, and UX standards across our SaaS platform and AI experiences.
Iterate relentlessly: Incorporate real-world clinician feedback to ensure the product works seamlessly in fast-paced care environments.

Who You Are

4 – 8 yrs of product or interaction design experience in SaaS or data-heavy products
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX, UI, and interaction craft
Experience designing for complex information systems — e.g., analytics dashboards, workflow tools, or healthcare apps
Comfortable working with Figma and React environments, and collaborating with engineering on component implementation
Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can explain design rationale to both clinicians and engineers
Thrive in ambiguity, moving quickly from concept to prototype with minimal friction
Bonus: experience in healthcare, life sciences, or AI-driven products

Why Circadia

You’ll design interfaces that literally save lives — empowering caregivers to act days before deterioration occurs.
You’ll shape how AI and human care intersect in one of the fastest-growing markets in the world.
You’ll join a tight-knit, high-velocity team that values elegant design as much as technical excellence.

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: $100K – $220K DOE + meaningful stock options
Benefits: 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision; 401(k) with match; generous PTO; commuter stipend
Workspace: El Segundo HQ with rooftop views, espresso bar, and weekly team lunches
Growth: Access to clinical advisors, AI research partners, and design mentorship as we scale globally

How to Apply

Send your résumé, portfolio, and a short note about a product you helped shape from zero to production.

About the Company

The technology monitors a patient’s respiratory rate from up to 8 feet away without anything on the bed or body. Clinicians use this data to identify medical events such as Congestive Heart Failure, COPD Exacerbations, Pneumonia, Sepsis, UTIs, and Falls — several hours and days in advance. A team of virtual nurses review data from the device and analyze trends in the patient’s ele... Know more
