Job Specifications

DevOps Engineer III (GC and Citizen)

Onsite - Charlotte, NC

Long Term

Required Skills:

Provide day-to-day support for applications hosted in Azure, including deployment validation, performance tuning and incident resolution/triage
Monitor application health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other observability tools.
Maintain and troubleshoot on-premises Kubernetes containers, ensuring uptime and resolving runtime issues.
Manage GitLab repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and support release activities.
Write and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation, diagnostics, and operational tasks.
Use Splunk for log analysis, alerting, and root cause investigation.
Support basic SQL queries and assist with data-related troubleshooting.
Provide operational support for Azure Speech-to-Text components integrated into applications Skillsets
MS Azure cloud infra
Hands on experience Ansible/Terraform
In Depth hands on experience SQL DB - writing complex queries
Strong understanding of CICD processes and MS Azure integration
GITLAB
Python, Shell/Bash scripting
Linux/Unix
Good to have - Azure Speech-to-Text components
