At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Position: News Analysts, Reporters, and Journalists

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $60–$75/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Create deliverables related to common requests within your professional domain.
Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance the quality and accuracy of AI research.
Apply subject-matter expertise to evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs.
Contribute feedback that improves the reasoning, tone, and factual integrity of AI systems.
Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to maintain consistent quality standards.

Requirements

Strong professional experience in news analysis, reporting, or journalism.
Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Adaptability to evolving workflows and openness to feedback.
