Job Specifications

We are seeking a motivated mid-level AI Software Engineer / Data Scientist to join our growing AI development team driving global generative AI initiatives. This 6-month contract-to-hire role focuses on applied AI software engineering automation, data integration, and scalable generative AI applications not research or algorithm development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain generative AI-enabled applications integrated with enterprise systems.
Develop automation pipelines, APIs, and middleware connecting AI platforms and data sources.
Collaborate across teams to deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Leverage cloud-based environments (Snowflake, AWS, GCP) for development and deployment.
Build and optimize backend systems using Python, SQL, and containerization tools like Docker.
Adapt quickly to evolving AI frameworks and business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in software engineering or applied AI development.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and backend data management.
Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker).
Knowledge of generative AI applications, APIs, and prompt engineering.
Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Bonus:

Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese (Latin America candidates preferred).
Familiarity with ML techniques (classification, NLP, time series) is a plus.
