Position: Aruba Network Consultant

Location: Paris Airport

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced HPE Aruba Network Expert to design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure built on HPE Aruba switches, access points, and gateways. This role partners with vendors and internal teams to deliver reliable, high-performing, and secure network solutions for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for designing and deploying HPE Aruba-based switching and wireless networks.
Develop low-level design documentation, network configurations, and proof-of-concept materials.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure security best practices are integrated across network designs.
Support installation, configuration, and optimization of new network deployments.
Use Ansible and Python scripting to automate network configurations and queries via APIs.
Implement micro-segmentation and certificate-based authentication (EAP-TLS) for wired and wireless clients.
Manage network services (DHCP, NTP, SIEM/logging tools, performance testing tools).
Provide pre-sales technical input, cost estimation, and vendor coordination.
Ensure seamless transition of network transformations into operational support.

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience in HPE Aruba network design and implementation (switching, wireless, ClearPass).
Experience deploying networks in campus or large enterprise environments.
Working knowledge of Cisco switching and related technologies.
Strong expertise in network automation (Ansible, Python, APIs) and micro-segmentation.
Familiarity with network management, reporting, and automation tools.
Demonstrated consulting experience in complex, large-scale environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Essential Qualifications

Fluency in French (CEFR C2) and English (CEFR C1/C2).
Current HPE Aruba certifications.
Hands-on experience delivering projects within aviation or similar highly regulated industries (preferred).
Experience drafting detailed design and test documentation, and leading technical workshops.

Must Have: HPE Aruba expertise, Ansible & Python automation experience, and exposure to the Aviation Industry.
