Job Specifications

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid role)

We’re looking for a hands-on Platform Engineer who can lead cloud architecture, automation, and data platform scalability.

Solution architecture across Python services, Snowflake, and AWS Serverless

Coding standards + critical PR reviews + decisions that impact performance, reliability & cost

Designing & optimizing CI/CD pipelines (AWS-native + 3rd party)

Roadmapping, milestone planning, and mentoring offshore teams

Security & compliance leadership (IAM, secrets mgmt, PII, audit readiness)

Strong expertise with Snowflake + Python + AWS Serverless

Proven CI/CD pipeline engineering experience

Excellent communication & stakeholder partnership skills
