Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Lead with deep expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow DevOps Change Velocity, and the Digital Product Release module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing Policy as Code Engine (PaCE) policies, automating pipelines, and building integrations across multiple DevOps tools. This role demands strong scripting capabilities, a problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in modern automation practices within and beyond the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Must Have Skills:

Extensive JavaScript development experience (syntax, data types, functions, OOP concepts).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting contexts (client-side, server-side, business rules, etc.).
Proven experience with ServiceNow DevOps Change Velocity and Digital Product Release modules.
Hands-on experience with PaCE, ATF, and integrations using JSON.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline automation, application enrollment, and toolchain integration.
Experience with Flow Designer, Ansible, Terraform, and IaC automation practices.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ServiceNow DevOps Change Velocity and Digital Product Release modules.
Create Policy as Code Engine (PaCE) policies using JavaScript in the policy builder.
Leverage, create, and execute Automated Testing Framework (ATF) tests to ensure solution quality.
Integrate ServiceNow with external tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, and Ansible using JSON and REST APIs.
Automate Digital Product Release pipeline creation and manage application enrollment processes.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) automation using Ansible and Terraform.
Design and configure workflows using Flow Designer for process automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize DevOps and CI/CD processes within ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize JavaScript scripts and ServiceNow configurations.
