What you’ll do
Lead and coach a global BDR team of four (two in the US, two in Europe) - inspiring them to build high-quality pipeline through smart, targeted outreach.
Reimagine prospecting in an AI-first world - blending human creativity with data-driven precision.
Operationalise innovation: partner with Revenue Operations and Marketing to implement and optimise AI tools for prospecting, routing, and engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales and RevOps on ICP alignment, messaging, and lead handoff.
Measure what matters: track conversion rates, meeting quality, and pipeline impact - not just activity volume.
Recruit and develop talent: hire curious, coachable SDRs who want to pioneer a smarter way of selling.
Shape the playbook: define the next era of outbound motion where AI and humans collaborate to win.
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience managing SDR or BDR teams within SaaS or technology.
A modern view of sales development - you believe in precision and personalization, not volume and vanity metrics.
Experience working with AI or automation tools in outreach, qualification, or pipeline management.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate BDRs to hit and exceed targets.
A passion for experimentation and continuous improvement - you’re curious, adaptable, and unafraid to rethink old ways.
