Job Specifications

The Federal Police wants to replace and renew several legacy applications and databases, according to the actual technology standards. These applications support the operational processes of the police; a seamless transition is crucial to guarantee operational business continuity.

The Business Architecture Coordinator coordinates the activities ensuring the delivery of the expected business program & projects outcomes.

Typical responsibilities of the Business Architecture Coordinator include:

Assist the Program Manager on the specification of the main business objective
Support the Program Manager for the identification of the projects and deliverables
Maintains the architectural principles and concepts of the program and ensures their proper understanding and application by the different stakeholders
Ensure the alignment of the solution delivered with the architectural principles & concepts and with the requirements (incl. capabilities, business processes, information models, interfaces)
Define the data access rules
Establish an efficient collaboration and communication channel with the user representatives, with the business analysts and with other GPI experts (Product technical experts, Data Protection Officer, Legal, Master Data manager, …)
Coordinate the review of the business architectural deliverables
Coordinate the monitoring of the progress of the business projects and deliverables
Collaborate with the technical architects, testing coordinator, change coordinator, …
