Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Leeds. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales to meet targets. Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, showcasing vehicles, explaining product features, and managing the sales process from start to completion. The role also involves maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the inventory and staying informed about market trends to better serve customers.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
Knowledge of vehicles and the automotive industry is preferred
Problem-solving and organizational skills
A motivated, proactive mindset with a customer-first attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
Valid driver’s license is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role or retail environment is advantageous
