Channel Strategy Specialist (12-Month Contract)

Toronto, ON | Hybrid (3–4 days onsite at 250 Yonge Street)

Possibility of Extension or Full-Time Conversion: Yes

⏰ Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM

What You’ll Do

Support the development, execution, and monitoring of campaigns across Email, Social, Programmatic, Search, and owned digital channels.
Act as a key stakeholder in media planning and optimization for internal programs and external partners.
Assist in multi-channel campaign orchestration, including targeting, automation, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Analytics teams to evaluate marketing impact and develop proactive digital marketing strategies.
Contribute to the development of omni-channel measurement frameworks and campaign performance insights.

What You Bring

2–3 years of experience in media planning or digital marketing campaign management (Email, Web, Social, Programmatic, Search, AdTech).
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Proven ability to monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working with or within marketing agencies is an asset.

Nice to Have

3+ years of overall marketing experience.
Experience in loyalty marketing, financial services, or credit card marketing.
Background in agency environments or working with external vendors.

Education

Minimum: High School Diploma (Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
