Job Description:
Position 1:-Functional Consultant – ServiceNow IRM and SecOps Solution
Responsible for requirement gathering, process design and configuration/ customization of ServiceNow IRM Platform
Work in capacity of ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst in client engagements
Create High-level & low-level technical design documents and participate in architecture design for deployment.
Ability to demonstrate any IRM solution and SecOps solutions as and when needed.
Knowledge of various modules like Policy Mgmt. Compliance & Audit Mgmt., Vendor Mgmt., Business Continuity Management, Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, Security Dashboard on ServiceNow IRM platform
Assess as-is IRM processes for maturity and automation on ServiceNow platform
Knowledge of Advance risk management and continuous control monitoring.
Create & execute test plans and participate in client UAT & production migration
Manage GRC Use-stories in agile team and lead the iterations from delivery perspective
Understand Observables, Indicators of Compromise (IOC) and IoC Look Ups
Good to have experience with configuring and implementing Service-Now GRC Applications/Modules with working knowledge of its built-in capabilities including Plug-ins, Workflows, UI elements, tables, dictionaries, integrations and dependencies.
Experience of working on Scripting in ServiceNow.
Certified ServiceNow IRM/SecOps administrator/consultant (this is mandatory)
Must have concluded at least 1 lifecycle of ServiceNow IRM/SecOps implementation.
Experience in JavaScript, API, Web Services
Working knowledge of Vulnerability Mgmt. process & tools
ISO/CISA/CISM/CISSP/CRICS (preferred)
Position 2:-Architect – ServiceNow IRM and SecOps Solution
As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you'll be a pivotal leader, responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions. You'll work closely with clients and development teams to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures that drive efficiency and innovation across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and client business objectives. This includes high-level and low-level technical design.
Platform Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and articulate ServiceNow platform strategies and roadmaps, identifying opportunities for leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities, integrations, and strategic customizations.
Technical Advisory & Governance: Act as a subject matter expert and technical advisor to clients and internal teams, providing guidance on platform capabilities, performance optimization, security, and scalability. Establish technical governance to ensure solution integrity.
Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex requirements, translating them into comprehensive technical designs and architectural blueprints for ServiceNow implementations.
Cross-Module Expertise: Possess deep technical knowledge and architectural experience across a broad range of ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to:
oIntegrated Risk Management (IRM): Policy Management, Compliance & Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity Management.
oSecurity Operations (SecOps): Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Security Dashboards.
oIT Service Management (ITSM).
oIT Operations Management (ITOM).
oCustomer Service Management (CSM).
Integration Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, leveraging various integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server).
Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance: Provide technical oversight to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural patterns, coding standards, and performance best practices. Participate in code reviews and ensure solution quality.
Prototyping & Demonstrations: Lead the creation of technical prototypes and conduct demonstrations of proposed ServiceNow solutions, showcasing platform capabilities and addressing client requirements.
Performance Tuning & Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring the scalability and optimal performance of ServiceNow applications.
Advanced Scripting & Development: Possess expert-level experience with ServiceNow scripting (Server-side JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideSystem, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes) and the development of custom applications.
Agile Leadership: Guide agile development teams from a technical perspective, ensuring that user stories and technical tasks align with the overall architectural vision and delivery goals.
Platform Evolution: Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends, applying new knowledge to enh
