Job Specifications

World class University has an immediate need for Student Financial Services Representatives to provide support for their busy season. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming phone calls from students and parents regarding their tuition payments and other account information. Representatives will be expected to handle all calls with excellent customer service, troubleshoot around payment options, deadlines, extensions, and payment plans, while logging all account activity in the ticketing system.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in a Student Financial Services, Bursar, Financial Aid, Customer Service, or similar work experience
Associate/ Bachelors Degree
Ability to work remotely in a private space

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with a ticketing system
University work experience

Compensation: $20/ Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
